Standard Warranty Period
This limited warranty is provided by the entity listed in the table below ("GetPairr", "we", "us") to you, the original purchaser of the products listed below (the "Product"). We warrant each product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery day, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please make sure to contact us by email at support@ottocast.com on time.
*Please note that for orders without discount codes, we can only refund the price difference within 24 hours due to changes in promotions.
*If you need to cancel your order 12 hours after payment, we will need to charge a $15 shipment handling fee to cover the warehouse's manual handling fee for the package.
Please make sure you have a clear understanding of the shipping time and related product information. If the refund is caused by customer, we will charge a $15 order processing fee.
Due to the complexity of international transportation, please confirm the product information carefully before ordering. If it is not a product quality problem, we do not accept unreasonable returns and refund requests.
Return Process
- To start a return, you can contact us at support@ottocast.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- If you decide to return an item, we will deduct a $35-$50 restocking fee from the amount you have paid if we didn't make mistakes with your order.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will be eligible for a $35-$50 restocking fee.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Product Condition Requirements
Products with visible wear, damage, or signs of use, as well as free gifts, are not eligible for return.
Returns must include all original accessories.
All returned items must be in their original packaging.
Returns that do not meet the conditions above may be rejected.
Shipping and Refund Terms
For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A valid return receipt must also be provided.
For non-quality-related returns, GetPairr will only refund the cost of the product itself.
For pre-order items, the 30-day return period begins on the shipping date, not the order date.
Notes:
Refund requests under the 30-day money back guarantee must be submitted within 30 days of opening a warranty claim. Refunds for non-quality issues cannot be processed after this period has passed.
For products purchased through third-party platforms such as Amazon, TK, or through Getpairr-authorized distributors and retailers, please refer to their respective return policies.
Customers are encouraged to contact GetPairr Customer Support before initiating a return to confirm whether a return is the best option for their solution.
Return Process
Once the returned item arrives at GetPairr's warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.
Canceling an Order
You can cancel your order within one hour of placing it by yourself.

Note: Orders that have already entered the shipping phase cannot be canceled.
How Long Does It Take to Receive a Refund?
Refunds are issued once the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
All quality-related defects on items sold directly by GetPairr are covered by a comprehensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase. (See the top of this page for your product's specific warranty timeline.)
For quality-related warranty claims, replacement items will be provided as follows:
A factory-refurbished product of equal value will be offered when available.
If replacement is not possible or not preferred, a partial refund will be offered based on the device's usage period.
Replacement product warranties will remain valid for the longer of the following two periods:
The original warranty period remaining for the defective item.
Three months from the date of replacement.
